We strive to offer our customers a completely discreet and confidential service to enable you to shop with confidence and feel comfortable when dealing with us.

We aim to offer the best quality products with highest standards of customer service. We source all of our fabulous ranges of American lingerie, club, dance wear and funky footwear from many reputable suppliers who care about their merchandise as much as we care about you and your custom.

We are happy to receive requests for special arrangements such as delivery and packaging, please email us with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

 

PAYMENT:

 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa electron, Switch, Solo & Delta. We also accept UK postal orders and cheques and paypal.

We recommend that you send all cheques and postal orders registered post. (All cheques must be cleared before your order can be dispatched.) All credit cards can be sent on-line phoned or posted.

 

DELIVERY:

 

Postage & Packaging for all UK orders is £2.95

UK Orders over £100 will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE

 

All orders will be dispatched by Royal mail first class Recorded delivery or Fedex Couriers unless you are contacted otherwise.

Next day special delivery may be available also (please contact us for further information).

We will normally deliver within 3 working days on all items in stock and 7 working days for all stock at our warehouse, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery of all "out of stock" orders from the USA.

All Nom De Plume items out of stock may take upto 3 weeks for delivery. You can call the shop on 0870 870 4470 should you wish to check on stock levels

 
RETURNS:

 

We want you to be happy with both our products and our service. All of our Clothing and footwear are checked prior to dispatch. If you do receive faulty goods or wish to return any item, please return it immediately to:

Nitelife returns, 37 Huntly street, Aberdeen, AB10 1TJ.

 

Provided that the garments are returned unworn, unwashed in good condition with all packaging and labels intact within 7 days along with your receipt money will be refunded by the original payment method you have chosen when you placed your order, excluding the original postage charge which is non-refundable.

Please note that for orders over £100, the delivery charge is included within the price of your order and not shown as a separate charge.

 

As a gesture of goodwill all items returned after the 7 day period upto 28 days will receive a credit voucher. Credit notes are valid for 300 days from the date of issue.

 

Please ensure that you hand wash all delicate lingerie wear, Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.

 

Items from our end of line clearance section are exempt from our money back guarantee unless they have a manufacturing fault.

 

Special order items are items that we do not usually hold as regular line stock and that we have made for you in a particular size and colour, any item beginning with the code N is a custom made item, Custom made items are manufactured in the USA to your requirements and can take upto 3 weeks for delivery. Special order items are exempt from return under the distance selling regulations unless they have a manufacturing fault, however In addition to you statutory rights and as a goodwill gesture nitelife will accept returns of unworn special order items and issue a credit voucher to your account.
 

Items exempt under the distance selling regulations i.e. Bespoke items a 10% restocking fee may be charged.

For obvious reasons of hygiene any item in contact with intimate body parts such as thongs/stockings cannot be returned once opened.

 
All refunds and credits will be applied to customers accounts within 28 days of you returning the item to us.
 
This does not affect your statutory rights
