All orders will be dispatched by Royal mail first class Recorded delivery or Fedex Couriers unless you are contacted otherwise.
Next day special delivery may be available also (please contact us for further information).
If an item is not in stock you will be e-mailed with an estimated delivery date and will have the option to cancel your order.We will normally deliver within 3 working days on all items in stock and 7 working days for all stock at our warehouse, however please allow up to 21 days for delivery of all "out of stock" orders from the USA.
All Nom De Plume items out of stock may take upto 3 weeks for delivery.
